Hard question to answer cleanly lol. We really ought to wait for more statements/portrayal/feats on him.

I have Ousen, Tou and Moubu over him.

Yotanwa and Kanki, I'm not that sure. In some context Kanki can pretty much beat everybody but has significant flaws.

And Yotanwa's understanding of warfare is so different from the plain guys that I think it's also hard to make comparisons with her.

With his army I think SBS can beat Moubu
I won’t give the benefit of the doubt at all to the Moubu guys
I know that they will be strong : how strong ? Nobody fuck know
So SBS army who is one of the best > Moubu army and commanders

Tbf Aisen is strong af. He send GKS flying off his horse and he was a random commander in the Moubu army.

I think overall I have him above Yotanwa and Kanki, slightly below Moubu, and am unsure on Tou and Ousen. Like yall said he needs more feats but his feat in Ousen’s center army was already insane and he didn’t even have all of his commanders with him lol

I've been thinking about them a bit and I think I'm putting Tou and YTW down a bit. Like, they're monsters don't get me wrong but I already have Shin and Ouhon slaying them 1v1. They're very strong but no forces of nature like Kanmei or SBS.

You and Yotanwa aren’t just warriors, they also have great leadership and great strategies and tactics. Shibashou’s leadership seems sky high but his exact tactical and strategic ability is still up for debate. Though he definitely seems much smarter than most martial generals we’ve seen imo.
