Y'all don't understand something , Zoro isn't fast but has Speed blitzing attack in his arsenal which are faster than majority of the verse. In base zoro can't move like sanji or luffy but his attacks can.
Also Fast character are useless to zoro as zoro got the best reaction time in the series. Luffy with FS , couldn't do anything but wonder what to of hakai and get wiped out. Zoro in the meantime blocked it.
