Rellana’s remembrance outright calls her a Messmer loyalist or something like that. She is definitely aligned with him, potentially even a lover of sorts.

I'm disappointed she didn't get a cutscene or any dialogue.
I tell you, the amount of lore curveballs this DLC has is pretty crazy. Now I’m wondering if Saint Trina is the GEQ. Lol
