There's so much potential for Moria and Perona indeed, their characters are overly hated and misunderstood. I really hoped to learn more about them at Wano with Morias connection to Kaido and how Oars could be connected too.
It really bothers me how Perona really looks like Toko too. It can't be coincidence. Plus Perona is Gothic Lolita which is an extremely popular Japanese fashion style ofc.
