Why would he be? Bullets in OP are basically pellets vs modern-day bullets that can penetrate much better. Then you got more specialized weapons that he might get access to. This is episode 1 Luffy, not anything more.

Neither is Luffy. Especially when bullets aren't pellets like they are in OP. Add the more advanced weaponry that Riddler has; it might not be easy for him

I personally think Yhwach edges him as a villain just a bit, especially with this SK backstory and motivation. Aizen will forever be a goat antagonist
