Fate and destiny exists in One Piece, Luffy is the Chosen One trope, or Oda's Jesus. Shanks is Gary Stu. Meanwhile characters like Kidd who don't share Oda's moral compass get shitten on non-stop. And even Blackbeard had to plot for 20 years for Yami No Mi, while Luffy instantly gets everything.

Is it possible for Kidd to come back in the future, by getting more strength, by combing his Electro Magnetic Railgun + ACoC? Are there any clues from the story that someone could combine ACoC with their Devil Fruit powers in a same attack? Thanks.
