    Basic COC wouldn't help him scar Shanks. Shanks bringing it up foreshadows that only a Conqueror can harm another Conqueror as later revealed by Kaido. Shanks wouldn't bring up something that wasn't relevant.

    Disagree. I think the 3rd personality has COC, which is how he scarred Shanks and talked him up in the same breath as Mihawk. Once this personality assumes control it may even gain access to the others' FS and ID. For now though the other two are weakened suppressing the third.
