Rare = good? ACoC was so OP that prime WB and Roger were using it. Fire is a dime-a-dozen power, having slightly hotter ones is nothing to celebrate, especially considering Sanji's crazy limit of use with his flames, only being able to cover his own body with them and all
Fights between swordsmen don't typically take as long as brawler-type fights. Mihawk's waiting for someone to surpass Shanks as his rival, Vista wouldn't be much of a challenge imo
Wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if he was somehow shoehorned into some part of it, if just by reference. At this rate we'll see Zoro vs Mihawk without any real hype being built. After all, he isn't a yonko with a crew or huge territory so he can't have arcs/sagas built around him.
Marco's flames are notable because they aren't hot. He doesn't heal using heat, and actual fire-heat can't heal, this isn't a heating pad for period pain we're talking about. At best high-temperature flames would just cauterize wounds, while Marco's is very different.
Sanji will somehow gain mythical powers because his flames are slightly hotter? Yeah no. He specifically needed CoA and the exoskeleton to tolerate the damage from his new flames so why would they heal him? Plus his germa dna helps him heal quicker so it'd be putting a hat on a hat
I think with this you've finally hit the Acceptance stage of grief. No more denial of Zoro having it, or bargaining with the idea that Sanji'll get it in Wano. Even though Sanji isn't a conqueror, you're ok with it and still appreciate Sanji's unique power. Good job
The only thing I don't understand is why you're so insecure about this. They're fucking with you, and for some reason it's working because you're trying to convince yourself with this post that they're wrong, which tells me you think there's actually some weight to these claims in the first...
Nothing has changed for Zoro since the start. His attacks have always, at the end of the day, been attacks much like anyone else's. Giving him some out-there powerset that no one else has doesn't make sense to me. Manifesting animal spirits could be cool I guess but obviously runs the risk of...
This was definitely not planned from chapter 1. It's crazy really. One Piece fans literally act like it's a religion sometimes, and the way they behave and treat Oda like a God doesn't help things. Anything happens, ever? "Oda planned it". Awful shit occurs that you should be pissed and...
I feel like that would be opening a huge can of worms though. We'll expect to see most df users' devil spirit similar to finding out every Bleach character's zanpakuto's abilities.
I don't doubt it. I just mean, why not attack hypocrisy all at once? If you call it how you see it, you'd simply list glaring cases of hypocrisy in Wano. Not everyone's going to have read every post you've made so when you make a post exclusively aimed at the Zoro fandom it will come off as...
Then why are we even talking about this? I'm sure you're aware that this behaviour is found across the OP fandom, why the pissing and moaning for this specific situation? Cherry-picking will never end, agendas will never end, it's just something you kind of have to accept, picking the Zoro...
The idea that if Zoro can move after breaking bones, Luffy should be able to. But not only should he be able to get back up, he should be able to fight Kaido for much longer, and not need any lethal drug to make up for it. Zoro got a molehill version of it, so Luffy's getting a grander scale of...
I agree that ACoC stuff is definitely hypocritical, and if you based your post on that I'd have agreed. But let's be honest, you'd need to find a pretty extremist Zoro fan if you want someone to claim that.
Yes Luffy getting up is way worse than Zoro getting a few more hits in before...
Again, throwing arguments back in others' faces when circumstances change isn't hypocrisy. There are hypocritical Zoro fans, but not for the reasons you're giving imo. I'd argue that ignoring aspects of the story that you used to take issue with just because they now benefit your agenda is...
It's not hypocrisy to throw Luffyfans/Sanjifans/Zorohaters' arguments and critiques back in their faces. I mean they're the ones who created this stupid way of taking Zoro's accomplishments away from him, surely they should be doing the same with Luffy, no? Interesting that now...
