Gaban for me seemed like a retired pirate. Even his description says "ex pirate" The man with the burn scar seens like a active pirate sailing and creating whirpools, actively fighting others pirates.

The only way I see Zoro vs Shamrock, is if Garling come in person to Elbaph, or Loki is the main villain. It will be like Egghead, first Luffy will fight Shamrock/Lucci Then, Someone stronger came (Kizaru/Saturn - Loki/Garling) and fight Luffy. And Zoro takes on the 2nd stronger (Shamrock).

From all of them, Barto was my favorite. I think him having an interesting devil fruit help the cause. The rest not having interesting powers make them uniteresting for me. But overall, I'm glad for their existence, it justifies Luffy being a Yonko.
