    Speculations Whitebeard,Shiki, and most of the other Rocks pirates must have gotten there DFs from God Valley.

    If this ends up being true then it makes sense that Garp and the Roger pirates would be able to with the Rocks pirates. I'd say that most of Rock's crew members must have abandoned Rock's after getting their hands on the extremely powerful DF's that were present. Big Mom* not included
