Why would it?.. A Black Blade is mostly an Awakening of the Blade Personality.. It doesn't alter the composition of the Blade, only reinforce it with permanent CoA Hardening..

If we were just speaking of the personality of the Blade it would be possible, but Blade's physical quality characteristic won't just jump 3 class.. Aside Hardening, the steel impurity or purity doesn't just change, that's why it can only rise 1 Grade..
