Sakura is trash. Konan is non existent. Mei is okayish character imo. Nothing special. Not that one piece have lots of good female characters either tbf. Tsunade is best female character followed by temari. In one piece vivi , pre skip nami and Robin are best characters. They are both comparable.

It's same thing as gorosei's demon forms. It's never named as a DF power.

If it wasn't for tsunade , I would have disagreed with you. Tsunade's characterization in part 1 is better than any female character in one piece. I think vivi and pre skip Robin come close.

If imu buffs HKs sure

Earth god can be kaguya like villain from first world. Imu , Davy jones are all characters of second world.

Shamerock and garling probably have imu's powers sealed inside their swords so they don't count. Shiryu is a possibility though.
