Saturn is very clearly the main villain and that's not changed since Kuma's punch. He's still ordering the Marines, still targetting everyone, still ordering Kizaru. He's not been incapacitated in any fashion.

Luffy's final fight in every arc is the most thematically and central villain to that arc's plot. That is not Kizaru. Unless Kizaru suddenly gets a million bonus points in evil, Luffy's gonna be beating on Saturn.
