I agree, what would you rather have, a 3b bounty and a Yonko title or a 3.5-4b bounty? It's obvious what's more prestigious, I'm fairly certain Rayleigh has a bounty bigger than some current Yonko, but he's not more powerful than any of them (not including Buggy :optimistic:)
