Tbf that novel was a bit contradictory, one of the previous chapters had narration describing WB as the most powerful/strongest. But then later we see them talk about who is Top 1 and Ace's friend thinks it's Kaido, while WB is "the greatest at following the pirate code". Funny thing is OP...
