You must've been looking at the art of a completely different manga all this time, then, because that librarian absolutely looks like a One Piece character.

I'm not surprised at the part regarding Kuma. There was no way this story would've ended with him stuck in his current state, as that would've been too tragic, even for a story like this.

It's understandable why. Imagine if that was, indeed, Red-haired Shanks, and he was in league with the World Government all along. It'd undermine everything.
