Rated Jinbei a 7, he comes in when needed otherwise he lets Luffy , Zoro , and Sanji take the spotlight. Not sure exactly what people are expecting from him but he’s doing fine taking a step back and being a helmsman

Their equals currently in order for Sanji to level up to be certain he is the true #3 he needed something CoC seems to be the way for Oda to make Sanji jump past him. Until he gets AdvCoC they're equals.

I always like the 90s design of Luffy the teenager who is underestimated and not meant to be menacing, seems to be a typical style for Shonens but something about Luffy makes him really bland which is what makes him cool, in my opinion.
