Based on the last chapter, here is my speculation: So we know he aimed to be the king of the world. Probably he kidnaped the 5 kings in order to negotiate with the gorosei. Maybe not right away asking to take the world but asking to have a country of his own (just like bb) as his first stepping...

The cross guild will definitely be one of the major player in the final arcs. I can see that in the future, more notable characters are joining. At least Moria.

Yea i also think Imu is a df users. Probably a mythical zoan model Devil or something. We have seen that mythical zoans have absurd power like kirin for example

The thing is, most of the alliances you mentioned dont know about Imu. I guess most of them will also turn side when they find out the secret. I agree that Luffy wouldn't take them down by himself tho.

In terms of world building and lore i prefer one piece by far than Naruto. However Naruto fights are better because there are tactics and stuffs. But Boruto sucks. Bleach are just all about cool pose.
