Either that or the plot just heavily restricts them, imagine King Elizabello with Kizaru's fruit, he would easily be the strongest of all, but the plot would probably restrict him.- DonDiablo

Exactly, scary to think that if Elizabello trained with Rayleigh instead of Luffy he would probably the strongest character by far.- DonDiablo

King Elizabello had the most potential, if he had better overall stats he would be the most powerful character in OP, he just needs solid haki and no charge up on his Yonko-Slayer Punch.- DonDiablo
