Having Loki's bounty lower than Luffy kills any chance for him being the main villain of Elbaph. Elbaph's big boss will either have a bigger bounty than Luffy or no bounty at all. It's never in between.

Elbaf being the birth place of war is quite on the noze foreshadowing that the final great war of the series/Ragnarok will happen in Elbaf.

I'm really digging Loki design, he looks like a wild dude, but I have a feeling he'll end up a Nika D-worshipper. I'm a Nika heretic so hopefully my gut feeling is wrong and Loki is the same. Elbaph looks very epic though, Oda always delivers when it comes to location design and world building...

Elbaph looks epic esthetically, hopefully that will translate into an epic arc unlike what we got previously in Wano.
