May just be me but Blackbeard being the attacker makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. He'd almost assuredly go to either Fishman Island or Wano next after Caribou tells him about Poseidon and Pluton.

None of them sans Shamrock seems like they'd be much of anything without the buffs Imu gives them. May be the case with the Gorosei as well.
