I would say Mohawks title is more tied to him being the only one with a black blade rather than his skill, no one in the series has hyped mihawk swordskill( I am not saying he is not the most skilled)

we know alot of people will have luffys remaining powerup. I genuinely think if oda wants to give black blade any credential he has to give it to someone who can elevate it not get elevated by it (mihawk doesn't hype up bb, it is the other way around). look at advcoc for example it is hyped up...
