cheers for that. Actually, I had my first delusion when I was 8 years old but didn't know what happened until many years later It is hard on me most times but I just have to stay 'grounded' and hold onto reality with a grab or pull so my mind knows it isn't real

I was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, depression and unaware seizures It is hard to deal with. but I try my best to remain in reality, whilst my delusions control me every now and then
