Shinji has broken shikai but someone like love in shikai even with his mask should be comparable to released grimmjow bare minimum. I will argue released grimmjow is above masked shikai love/rose.

FI was garbage. PH was good arc. Zou was a good arc. Dressrossa was mid arc outside of doffy and law. WCI was an okayish arc hard carried by Kata. Wano was mid outside of some high points. Egghead is second best arc of time skip. Elbaph is best post timeskip OP arc by far.

In the anime shunsui did something to the wolves and they disappeared. In manga starrk is not able to summon them after using them twice which suggest it is limited one time attack. Imo that makes starrk weaker. Also this is my opinion but bankai ichigo with mastered hollow mask shouldn't be...
