I agree here . I think gaban strong as fuck but being legendary don't mean as strong who ever else. We had the story talk about many legendary people before but i doubt they were all on the same level .

How Zoro become joyboy level ? People want to use luffy = Roger but than don't put Zoro or Luffy on joyboy level. Luffy has same DF as joyboy but from what we see he far from joyboy level .
