Mihawk should beat almost anyone with one move. Why be bored, or why haven’t anyone seriously challenged his title, if he’s that close to everyone else in power? The world believes Mihawk wins. There’s a gap in power Shanks is nerfed and it would be ridiculous to have him actually stronger...
