Usoop obviously. The rest of the strowhats, other than Nami are either too old or never had any hints of them ever having CoC potential. NAMI has a very shaky potential, again i wanna point out it's very shaky, but in a way she does have some CoC tendencies. But she hasn't even awakened CoO yet...

What's EB5? Usoop getting CoC is pretty much guaranteed, I'm not fully convinced on NAMI yet, since I still believe that Yomoto will join the crew after she fails to protect Wano from Blackbeard.
