8/10. The parts about Kuma were great but felt the Nika stuff was too much to establish a lore. The last two chapters specifically were just tying up loose ends

Don’t think so because odens flashback wasn’t a traditional flashback as it was more of a way to get stuff in about Roger more so than learning about Oden. Don’t think he’s going to do the same for Kuma since we can get more about God Valley from other characters

We should actually question why Garp is there as well. Everything we are told about his character says he wouldn’t be there unless he didn’t what was going when he shows up but he probably would’ve left unless something compelled him to stay

I think in some ways Egghead was a test run for Oda telling multiple storylines at the same time and it seems to be positively received, at least in the US not sure about Japan.
