It has potential with the nightmares stuff, it would be really cool to have a Killingham + Stealth Black vs Sanji.
And, of course, I'm pretty hyped for the possible power up Sanji will gain, either CoC or something related to his flames.
This is actually the funniest shit of the chapter lmao
Super Sommers: flies there
Killingham: flies there
Sanji: flies there
Zoro: "alright Taxi Goldberg, let's go there"
Not at all, they were dead serious lol
Sanji was considered vet level back then, people didn't think he could have defeated a YC2 (in fact Sanji needed a huge power up).
I always loved this type of interaction between them.
They trust each other "Should we go back?" "No. It'll be fine ('cause HE's going there)", but obviously can't tell directly.
They weren't viewed as threats...by Swordboys, who thought Zoro was stronger than Kaido or some shit like that.
At the time, Sanji was considered vet level, the same people were pushing Page One or half dead Jack as his main fight.
So that when Sanji vs Queen started, it felt just like an usual...
I think he's trying to say that the Holy Bums don't feel like a treat right now.
Usually the SHs start the fight as the underdogs, now seems the opposite.
Zoro vs Super Sommers feels very random, true.
The only connection they have is that, before one-shotting him, Luffy casually told the bum to remember Zoro name.
Moreover, this will be the 3° time in the same arc of Super Sommers getting washed (Gaban/Luffy/now Zoro).
There is no tension at all, Oda needed...
Just for choreography and track record (all his main fights, except Queen who tecnically had a sword but used just to spam lasers, were against people who fought without a bladed weapon).
It's just a bit unusual, I'm not saying he can't fight Killingham or that Oda can't make this a good show.
It could become a typical Sanji gag fight with Kamabakka MMA, and then a more serious part with Germa/Evil Sanji MMA.
All of this before Sanji power up and then one-shots him in the head for the second time.
Super Sommers has a sword (kinda).
That's all Oda needs to make a character a Zoro's opponent lmao
But yeah, it's really strange, Super Sommers seemed to have written "Sanji's fight of the arc" in the forehead.
Anyways, it's difficult to imagine how Sanji vs Killingham will play. They have a fighting style...
Super Sommers seemed just written to be a Sanji's opponent (absolutely evil, funny in a twisted way, loves hurting women and children etc.)
Killingham is a weird choise from Oda, but whatever, it was fun seeing the Z-bros trashing Super Super Sommers and then getting him as the Zoro's fight of the arc, so...
Not at all.
Kid Buu was just the most dangerous one 'cause he was pure evil and chaotic.
Super Buu was probably stronger than him, and Ultimate Gohan negged that, so...
