Franky loses badly to both of them. The Mark 50 tanked a meteorite and was holding off a blast from the power stone (iirc). That alone puts Franky's durability to shame. Add the fact that he managed to make Thanos bleed with a hit and Franky is now outclassed in both Strength and Durability...
