To clarify: Nika is the name of Elbaf's God of the Sun and namesake of the Hito-Hito no Mi/Gomu-Gomu no Mi. Joy Boy was from the Ancient Kingdom and was the previous user of said power. So, Nika is merely the namesake and imagery of this power, he wasn't actually a real person.
