I don't think it will be relevant. Like there won't be any efforts added in story telling to get to the last phoneglyph....They will just get it through events....like how Kid and Law got theirs.... I mean no one talks about finding it anyway.

Sad that there was never any race for Phoneglyph to begin with...Nor is the missing phoneglyph any more relavant than the three known.
