    It's also the opposite. Yonkou are pretty much all in the same lvl so Mihawk being stronger than Shanks means he could be stronger than most of yonkou besides maybe Kaido (it's also a big debate) and EOS BB. Admirals always put down by yonkou and others fans for the same reason so their fans...
