    People need to stop looking for 1 to 1 parallels. Just because Roger had CoCers in his crew , doesn't mean Luffy needs to have as well.

    No SH bar Luffy will have it. Oda will keep it as Luffy special only. There'd be no point for them to get it either,since it'd seem as if they have better progress than Luffy with it if they show anything other than knocking out fodder.
