Perospero and Kat are the de facto leaders after BM. WW is mid tier vet. Brook can handle him.

I dont consider WW to be YC level nor should anyone. Comparing the panels we got with WW and Jimbei with Sasaki and Franky, one fight is getting intense with both guys going at each other and the other has one person holding back his opponent while looking away and thinking out loud.
