Luffy could go either way tbh maybe 3.5B or 4B. However, we know Luffy as the leader of this whole raid may worth that 4B. Reaching Shanks bounty and lvl is not far fetched now.

I would believe King’s bounty is 1.33 as many speculated, despite his race being special I don’t see King as a distinguished fighter in the crew yes he is the strongest. However, he isn’t like how Kata is in the BM pirates. King is nearly neck to neck vs Queen, but slightly stronger.
