The commander selection is really narrowed though. if OP said you can appoint any military commander below the general rank i would have definitely added the more competent commanders like Sou Ou, Shiryu, Bajio, Quanrong elite commanders, Zeno etc.. there's shitload of worth unclassified...- Blackbeard
