Q: If something like "swordman skill" is not there then why did mihawk choose zoro who didnt know even a basic haki to surpass him out of all the people in new world.
A: He was impressed with zoro's unrestrained sword skill
Its that simple.
How many character in one piece can channel adcoc that far.
Beside that day is not far when "most balanced crew" cope will come to end. Oda always stick to originality, just like doffy's crew, big mom crew & Least pirates, shanks crew will also turn the same way. Oda will clearly showcase him...
Mihawk dont have enough feats to prove superior to shanks. Mihawk is a swordman and channel every shit of his energy to his sword only that eventually turned it black but we have shanks using superior haki even while walking while his sword is in sheath.
Shanks have superior haki, bounty, top tier feats than mihawk, oda just use this chapter to give an edge in swordmanship which could make him look a little better, which will be also taken away soon.:kuzanshut:
On what basis should i judge mihawk based on black blade literally no one except zoro gives a fuck about, by fight strongest mihawk fought on panel vista, lol, by title WSS, luffy would be strongest creature and alainu should be strongest man.
Who cares about swords except zoro, mihawk & samurai, why do shanks need to convert black blade if he is not even interested. Shanks haki is enough to scare a admiral that something never seen before. Have you even seen mihawk facing any top tier before.
You bias is ignoring shanks superior haki, swords are nothing but tool to all except swordmans like samurai, zoro, mihawk. Besides them no one cares about it
