This is the same story where characters like Ace, Yasuie, and Cobra died to forward one's story and raise the personal sakes, so I feel fine in speculating the same for Kuma.

Kuma dying would bring more significance and motivation to someone like Bonney than Kinemon to Momo. Kinemon isn’t targeted like how Kuma is.

Kuma looks like he’s being set-up to die, so I could see Bonney picking up his will to liberate people like how Nika would have wanted.

I could see Yamato as support, like rearguard.

I can see Kuma dying and Bonney joining to carry on Kuma’s will of liberation, alongside Nika.

I get the feeling Bonney never really got the time to properly see the world after she found out Kuma was turned into a cyborg, got captured, and hunted down Vegapunk. Maybe she will with Luffy, or should I say, Nika?

Gloriosa having been revealed to have been with Rocks Pirates makes me curious if she’s Yamato’s mom, and if that could possibly give Yamato more drive to leave with purpose once she finishes business with Momo.
