His similarities with Marco's devil fruit, the name itself King which most likely stands above Queen per notation, at least most likely out of a bubble of possibilities. The manga factually hyped King as the most relevant man, that's undeniable at least for the moment, it's just about formalities.

It's difficult to believe that Oda would not lend King the best bounty based on current hype and portrayal alone.

It would not make sense. So extensively low chance, virtually 0. King should be considered the hightest threat by the Marine and WG in the first place. Not to mention he is most likely the strongest too despite bounties are all but strictly related with PLs.
