Yeah I think the best way to exercice is probably by wearing a heart monitor in order to more accurately find out what the heart rate is. But another system would be manually counting the number of heartbeats in a spot in which that's feasible. :)
Well my resting heart rate is in the 70+ and power lifting pushes me into the 190+ realm usually and that's where arrhytmia starts to kick in. So I try not to reach that threshold often. 🤔
Power lifting is like reaching maximum heart rate in the blink of an eye. :O at least in my personal experience. Cardio is like slowly approaching that mark.
I usually try power lifting out, when I aim to increase physical power and muscular mass. I try cardio differently. Both are very energy consuming to me.
I should also start following this route. It appears that my tendency at losing weight very easily can't justify the junk food I eat which still affects my organism negatively. Luckly I diminished the quantities I was used to in the past.
Then there's me and my majestic metabolism. I don't even exercise that much so my body is kinda rusty yet all the junk food I eat is not having the upper hand on me (at least from a pure weight perspective :P)
But I'm waiting to commence my biking sessions once again actually. Meanwhile I'm...
Personally, this guy surely contributed in inspiring me:
Not a joke, sometimes anime characters can become real life models even though they are just fiction. And you can learn a lot from their lifestyles.
Haven't practiced gym in months due to Covid matters, I luckly am at least training myself with my personal dumbbells at home for all the good I can benefit from it.
