Will is all good and all but todoroki has the superior quirk, by a good marging, shoto is flawless, his quirk has no drawback. Bakugo needs sweat to explode his quirk. Whereas shoto can just spam explosions whenever he wants.

His quirk is op. It’s imo the best quirk. He can have heat as high as he wants because of his ice side and same for the reverse. No amount of power and durability will save you from an absolute zero attack.

Finally someone who realizes how broken todoroki will become. He’s perfect.

Todoroki is such a wasted character. Dude is clearly more powerful than bakugo/midoriya at this point If horikoshi actually uses him. And has the potential to surpass prime al might as per endeavors who witnessed primemight. Yet he’s nowhere to be seen.
