There is no goal post. Obviously I was talking about how it's drawn when I said Kuro will be invisible, which is a character vanishing.
I had to clarify since you were conflating it.
You are conflating too things.
On panel means as drawn, whenever a character uses high speed movement, they vanish. It does not mean that they will vanish to everyone but it means that they will be drawn as though they vanish.
COO is not based on eyesight so you are already wrong there.
Again...
Everytime a character used high speed movement, they disappeared on panel. Niji, Luffy, Zoro, Mr Go etc. If it was something new, Queen would not label it high speed movement.
That's literally what COO is for...to sense what you can't see. Luffy was trained in COO with a blindfold on.
You are...
Actually that is what happened. He came out of that mode ones he lost stamina.
It doesn't mean he cannot fight after high speed movement. It means you need a certain level of stamina to maintain high speed movement
Ah yes you are right, Kuro also achieved the same feat and Cavendish
Irrelevant, Luffy disappeared to Katakuri as well. The whole point of high speed movement is to disappear. It is up to the opponent to react.
Yes he would be invisible but Queen would be able to react since not all high...
It is high speed movement. Multiple characters have shown that ability, however, Sanji is the only one so far who had used it consistently for more than a second. It comes at the cost of stamina.
Invisibility via RS is camouflage , it does not cost stamina but it works for a single attack
