That's just Stephen's interpretation if anything this chapter further enhances the skill argument as Brannew makes the distinction that his skill as a swordsman surpasses Shanks, not his individual strength.
They are comparing Shanks and Mihawk in the aspect in Swordsmanship. when do they talk about skill when they're talking about someone you're stronger than?
Mihawk was always called WSS that doesn't change anything if anything it shows WSS isn't everyone with a sword and is just the most skilled/powerful in the aspect of Swordsmanship
Why would I need copium when I've said Mihawk had skill above Shanks the whole time. This is a W the Shanks bro saying Mihawk surpassed Shanks only skill and not strength.
If anything, it's a bad thing that Branew only says Skill as this has been a huge selling point for those that say Shanks>Mihawk and the swordsman title refers to skill.
Wym? I'll call Kaido out for the same thing Mihawk did. Both talk about challenges and, in Kaido's case wanting to die, but they never went out and fought people capable of possibly doing either. WB is removed from that because he just wanted a big family.
If Mihawk really wanted a challenge, why didn't he fight the Yonko and Admirals? Guy was acting like Mike Tyson after dusting the Doberman and Momongas of the world.
