I agree with you regarding everything except for last part......it is more like alluding to something related to Joyboy...there are few instances Kaido has hinted something about Joyboy and also why he chose Wano....regardless of the damage done to Kaido character, I think I will give a chance...

I personally feel Doflamingo is overrated as a character.....He is just a bad replica of joker character and Crocodile....your typical comic book villain who has all the characteristics that any "villain" should have.....He just looks cool.....
