Goodluck, I hate to wake people from their beautiful dreams. The only warning I have is that the greater the expectations, the larger the breakdown when one sees their dream crumble before their eyes.

Currently it is. By 1v1 I mean that no matter what happened beforehand, the final stage would be Luffy vs Kaido, with no one else interfering with their final fight. Just like how Luffy 1v1 Doffy despite Law's gamma knife from before. The rooftop 5 and Yamato did well to weaken Kaido before...

And you think Oda won't let Luffy defeat Kaido? Really? The MC who beats down every arc boss 1v1?

After Luffy defeated Kaido, Zoro killing Kaido as leftover would just damage Zoro's character period. Luffy winning Kaido as 1v1 is as clear as theme goes since this whole arc is for Luffy to become Yonko and his crew to become a Yonko's crew.

So...Luffy defeats Kaido in the end, with Kaido lying on the ground defeated without anything left in him. Then suddenly a Zoro, post defeating King, jumps up to the rooftop and cuts off Kaido's head while Kaido is lying on the ground... Luffy : What the fuck Zoro? Our battle already ended...

Nah ain't gonna happen. Once Zoro beats king the medicine effect would fade and he will fall to the ground and go into deep sleep.

The final matchups have already been decided, and Zoro is also on a time limit from magic pill. At this point it would be weird for Zoro to randomly show up to fight Kaido again, when it is clearly now a Luffy vs Kaido 1v1. When Luffy 1v1s his opponent, no one interferes.

Zoro wouldn't kill Kaido. It is just too inorganic for it to happen at this point.
