Hold on... Mars was the Prison Warden to the Man in the Iron Mask novel as said before. But also, Duval's mask has fire around the eye like Mars's yokai form. And the beak and such look like the spear Luffy carries in the chapter Fist of LOVE color spread. 🤔

The Itsumade is a feathered serpent bird. Seems to have more in common with Quetzacoatl.
