As he should be no? His mature form is WELL above either of them in most cases. Hell I'd even go as far as to say if within these last 10 years he has mastered his mature form then he is arguably top 10 in the verse.

Zombie Hitsugaya is brutal in his attacks and is quite inventive with his abilities. Wish regular Hitsugaya fought like him.
