She seems to be definitely a big factor when it comes to stalling Page One and Ulti. We saw what happened to them earlier before Tama came to rescue. Her gifters wont be used only for fodder cleaning but also for stalling Page One/Ulti so Nami/Usopp can work it out around them.

Not in the same conext. Yamato hit Ulti and ran away, Ulti got literally up seconds later and later fought Yamato for a bit. Same with Queen an entirely different context to Jack. Jack got his way with the Mink tribe like many expected and they got their revenge on what he did to their country...
