TBF to Perospero, Perospero actually did have a variety of scenarios and situations he was placed in before his defeat. He didn't go around in circles fighting the same 2 characters he'd already fought before.
Thats the main issue with Jack. Jack only fought Inu and Neko during the raid(aside...
I think its sort of similar to how Doffy was treating Sanji's kicks in some respects.
Like yes, they acknowledge Sanji's kicks posssess some strength, but they aren't terribly effective.
I think that Sanji getting frustrated that he wasn't doing any major damage to Queen was sort of...
He is, but I don't think Oda gave him enough focus(I think the anime actually did a better job with literally everything about him up to Kiku "killing" him).
Yeah, Kanjuro taking out two of the scabbards was nice. I would have liked if Jack managed out to take out Inu at least in a draw or...

How Oda illustrated Jack and Peros getting defeated was fine. It was a really well executed set of pages.

One Piece is a cliche series.
Yeah, but I do feel like they are very...

Like, the arc goes out of its way to make you invested emotionally in the characters of Wano.
I'm not saying that this means he is weaker than the scabbards, but his performance against Kaido can't necessarily be used to place them above all of them either.
Hawkins was a threat to Killer, he was just stronger than Hawkins.
So would Fishman Karate.
So Killer can fold Sanji for defeating a guy who is weaker than the flying six?
And if you want to argue pedantics about emperor stuff, Killer couldn't cut Kaido's scales like the scabbards could. He used sound waves.
This isn't saying that Killer is weak, but its just a really questionable...
